Hi, I'm Ayesha Khan.

I help individuals and families thoughtfully explore Malaysia as a second-home lifestyle before they make any major commitments.

My connection to Malaysia goes back decades; I studied there, met and married my Malaysian husband, and welcomed my first daughter in Kuala Lumpur. I spent years working and living in Malaysia. I have experienced the rhythm of life there; the warmth of the people, the ease of daily living, the cultural depth, the food, the faith spaces, and the balance it can offer.

Professionally, my background spans consulting, HR and real estate. I've worked with families, professionals and business owners navigating complex high-stake decisions. This experience has shaped how I work: listening, assessing, and guiding with clarity and strategy.

Second Home Malaysia was born from many conversations with friends, families, retirees, and professionals who want a change and experience living in a different country. People are interested in Malaysia, but unsure where to start, who to trust, or how to evaluate whether it truly fit their lives.

Relocating, even part-time, is not a small decision. It affects finances, family dynamics, healthcare planning, lifestyle, and long-term security.

That's where I come in. My role is to bring structure and clarity to what can otherwise feel overwhelming.

I work with retirees, professionals, and globally minded households who are exploring a values-based, lifestyle-focused alternative to Canada, without pressure or rushed decisions.

From early-stage eligibility screening and discovery-trip planning to coordination with licensed Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) agents, realtors, and on-the-ground professionals, I act as your Canadian-based point of trust and continuity throughout the process.

Final immigration advice, filings, and approvals are always handled by licensed Malaysian professionals. My role is independent, transparent, and focused entirely on your outcome.
